Frequently Asked Questions

Trade Procedures & Terms

Find answers to common questions regarding our operational procedures and product specifications.

Trade Procedures

The buyer must first issue an official Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) containing full company details, required product specifications, target quantity, destination port, and banking coordinates. Upon verification, our trading desk will issue a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

We facilitate both. We offer spot transactions for immediate requirements (subject to inventory availability) as well as long-term contracts (typically 12 months with rolls and extensions) for sustained supply security.

Bank transfer-MT103, For large-scale physical commodities trading, we primarily accept irrevocable, transferable, auto-revolving Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC) or Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) issued or confirmed by a Top 50 global bank. Specific payment terms are negotiated within the SPA.

Product Specifications

Yes. A Certificate of Origin (COO) is provided with every shipment as part of the standard shipping documents. We strictly adhere to all international trade sanctions and embargoes.

All products are inspected for Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) at the port of loading (and optionally at the port of discharge) by an independent, internationally recognized inspection agency, such as SGS, Saybolt, or Intertek. Their report is final and binding for both parties.

Delivery & Logistics

We predominantly operate under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and FOB (Free On Board) terms according to Incoterms 2020. However, we have the logistical capability to negotiate TTO (Tanker Take Over) or specific inland DAP/DDP deliveries upon request.

For CIF deliveries, our maritime logistics division charters suitable vessels (ranging from Handysize to VLCC/Q-Max depending on cargo volume) and provides the buyer with the Q88, Charter Party Agreement (CPA), and Bill of Lading (B/L) as proof of product mobilization.
